Hotel chain Restel will be launching a new environmentally friendly, 120-room unit on central Helsinki’s tree-lined street Bulevardi in early 2015. Energy and water consumption will be designed to be as low as possible.
In October 2016 opens a 78 metre-high hotel building with a convention centre for 1,000 people and 427 rooms.
Clarion Hotel Helsinki will stand out from the crowd. The two window-clad towers are connected by a transparent glass footbridge. The highest of the towers will reach a full 78 metres above sea level. A vantage point is being built at the top, with a breathtaking view over Helsinki for everyone.
