Former Congress Centre Dipoli will serve as Aalto University's main building from autumn 2017 onwards. As a building, it represents a new type of multi-purpose design that showcases the University's expertise, activities and people. Dipoli will offer the entire Aalto community and its stakeholders meeting places and work spaces as well as event and exhibition facilities. The building will also house several cafeterias and restaurants that will be open to all. Autumn 2017 is mainly booked for events of Aalto University. Request for offer, facility.sales@aalto.fi

Accomodation: In the Aalto University Campus of Espoo, the nearest conference hotel is the four star Radisson BLU Hotel Espoo (209 rooms), located within 10-minute walking from the venues. Within walking distance is also Forenom Kivimies Hostel offering affordable accommodation option. Other hotels in 3 kilometres radius are Original Sokos Hotel Tapiola Garden (154 rooms) and Hotel Hanasaari (64 rooms).

Restaurants: Two convenient restaurants during the day time for 600 people and impressive gala halls for dinners, galas and cocktail parties up to 1500 people. Elegant lobbies and restaurants can also be transformed to take on different roles.
