Congress centre is located in a 100-year old and tastefully restored building with unique cultural history and situated in the centre of Helsinki, by the sea, with good public transport links. Paasitorni has up to 30 conference rooms for 8 – 800 people with state-of-the-art convention technology and high-quality meals and first class service in four restaurants. Paasitorni has ISO 9001 quality certificate which is complemented by ISO 14001 environmental management certification.
Paasitorni’s services were expanded considerably in 2012 with the opening of Scandic Paasi, a new 170-room individually designed hotel adjoining the conference centre. With its superb design respecting Paasitorni’s traditional architecture, this hotel welcomes conference and congress guests, business travellers and leisure travellers alike.

Accomodation: 170 rooms offered by the new story hotel Scandic Paasi. Steeped in the history of the area, the hotel rooms with character take guests on a journey through time to the 1920s, 1950s and 2010s. The hotel has rooms with saunas, showers and baths, balconies, options for families and disabled guests as well as a suite.

Restaurants: Main dining room Paasiravintola can be adapted to suit any occasion. Seats for up to 350 persons, and when using meeting rooms as additional capacity, possible catering for up to 1000 persons. The new restaurant Paasin Kellari can be used for conference lunches as well as evening occasions for up to 200 persons, and can be divided into two different areas.

Exhibition areas: All four lobbies and two foyers as well as several conference rooms can be used as exhibition areas.

Conference technology: Basic conference technology and a laptop included in the conference package price. Webcasting technology as a new feature.

Further information: The new sauna with terrace for six (6) persons. Two additional restaurants, Juttutupa and Graniittilinna, open for not only conference guests but for everyone. Also a 200-seat floating restaurant pavilion, Meripaviljonki, coming up in 2015.
