Rye Bread Workshop: Dive into Finnish Food Culture

Finnish rye bread is made with love and unhurried enjoyment. The enchanting smell of freshly baked bread will turn any day into a celebration. The bread is baked with a sourdough starter that’s more than 100 years old, passed from generation to generation to this day. Rye bread can also be baked in a conventional electric oven, but it takes unhurried time and patience. We’ll take breaks from baking by going outside for coffee.
