Vuoksi Maxi Tour by Bike

This 2-hour tour takes you all the way upstream to Lake Saimaa. You'll hear stories about the river Vuoksi and the Imatra rapids. You'll see the memorials for the English and Scottish racing drivers who died in Imatra as a result of a crash in the Finnish GP. You will learn about the dramatic days of war in the Imatra region and see the beautiful War Veterans' Memorial Park. You will pass the Millennium Babies' Appletree Park, the Orthodox church of St. Nicholas and the Neitsytniemi Mansion. The fishermen's base Mutterinranta and the Industrial Workers' Housing museum are on the route as well.

Mountain Biking Action at Iso-Syöte

Iso-Syöte and surrounding area is a great starting point to go out and explore nature by biking. The Iso-Syöte hill, on top of which the hotel is located, gives you magnificent views to all directions. The national park which surrounds the hotel, offers 3 well-marked mountain bike routes to explore through various terrain and from different length and difficulty. New Felt-mountainbikes are available for you to go out and explore these trails. Comfortable accommodation, tasty food, a pool, sauna's and jacuzzi's are waiting for you to relax in and enjoy. During the winter we have Fatbikes.

Fatbike Tours and Rental in Pyhätunturi

Fatbikes – arguably the most fun way to explore snowy forests! Fatbikes are the new fascinating way to enjoy the arctic nature. These easy-to-ride mountain bikes will take you through new-fallen snow with ease. Wide tyres offer a great grip and make the bike very agile – and will but a big grin on your face. You can join a guided tour in the Pyhä-Luosto National Park, or, would you prefer, to rent a bike for independently cruising around in the Pyhä region. Pyhä offers excellent environment for fatbiking. The most exquisite route options are located in Pyhä-Luosto National Park.

Hike & Bike Around the Teijo National Park (4 Days)

The Mathildedal Ironworks Village provides memorable experiences, an authentic milieu and an insight into the Finnish lifestyle. Enjoy a walk in the idyllic Mathildedal Ironworks Village. Malmbacka is a recently established village of cottages in historical Snappertuna in Southern Finland. It is surrounded by wild animals in a beautiful rural setting. Here you can enjoy our beautiful nature all year round, do some hiking and bicycle trips, spend relaxing vacation days, and experience peace and quiet at its best. You can prepare your food over an open fire and sleep in a cottage or in a charcoal worker’s hut on a sheepskin.

Sunset Sauna Cycle

This tour shows you what this sauna-frenzy nation of Finns is all about! In a magic evening of setting sun we cycle around Eastern side of Helsinki center to such neighborhoods like the hipster home Kallio, Kruununhaka full of Finnish history, and functionally modern Merihaka / Hakaniemi. We learn about sauna and the culture behind it while cycling around the recreational areas and islands close to the center of Helsinki. We also stop at one of the famous public saunas for a real bathing!

Fatbike Hike on the Snow

In the spring, the sun makes snow so hard that you can ride a bike on it. For a wide tired fatbike, conditions like these are a dream come true. Our fatbike hike takes us across the snow covered wilderness either on crusted snow or following a frozen snowmobile trail, depending on snow conditions. In any case, we can enjoy the endless peace and silence of the wilderness. We will spend a night in a wilderness cabin where you can enjoy a hot sauna. If the sun warms the snow too much and makes it too soft to ride during the daytime, we will ride in the evenings and early mornings.

Tampere by Bike

Discover monuments and explore hidden parts of the city with a local guide. Jump on the saddle and take a ride along the bike paths and back streets of Tampere. We will make frequent stops so that you can enjoy the sights, take photos and listen to the guide's interesting facts and historical tales.

Discovering Porvoo and its Surroundings by Bike (2–3 Hours)

We will meet at the tourism information desk under Mannerheim’s avenue bridge where we will rent bicycles and helmets (included in our price). Then we will visit the old city of Porvoo and learn about Finnish history and culture. Afterwards we head towards to a small island situated 2 km south of Porvoo. There we will stop and walk into the forest to reach a birdwatching tower. There we can see a natural reserve with protected birds and a beautiful view of Porvoo. We will continue our promenade via Porvoo's skiing resort Kokonniemi before reaching Hammars.

Island Hopping by Bike in the Finnish Archipelago

Our cycling tour around the Finnish archipelago, hops from island to island using local ferries. Included in the package is accommodation in a combination of locally-thatched mini-cottages, converted barns, spas, and the city of Turku; bicycle hire with panniers and helmets; detailed route notes; cycling maps; luggage transportation; and 24 hour emergency service.

The tour starts in Puumala and advances over the Puumala Bridge towards the archipelago. Accommodation will be at Nestorinranta, followed by a boat ride across Vetojako Strait to Hurissalo. The tour then continues along the Lietvesi landscape route back to Puumala.

Turku by Bike

Head out on this fun-filled tour, where you can ride along the riverside, or head further out if you wish. The tour departs from the Old Great Square, takes you along both sides of the Aura River to Forum Marinum and back again. You'll be accompanied by a Turku-Guide, whose interesting stories explain everything from Turku’s history up to the present day.

Experience Speed at Levi Bike Park

Hit the free routes on a downhill bike in the Levi Bike Park. Built on the western slope of the Levi fell, the Bike Park offers mountain biking in a beautiful landscape. The program is also suitable for beginners and children over 12 years. All participants under 18 years must present a permission slip signed by their parent. The package includes hire of a downhill bike, safety gear, Gondola lift ticket and tuition. Please remember to bring your own water bottle. Duration 1,5 – 2 hours.
