Yoga Class in the Wild Nature

Many aspects of yoga are about being in the moment and at one with nature. Being outside can intensify the yoga experience in many ways, since nature inspires you to focus on awareness, breathing deeply and practicing stillness. This 3h program is a combination of a small hike in the beautiful Lappish nature near Rovaniemi and finding your balance while being outdoors. A breeze can deepen your breathing, the sun can deepen poses and a random bug can invite you to focus on something small. Feel the fresh air, smell the forest and listen to the sounds from the wilderness.

Refreshing Outdoor Weekend

No light pollution, only fresh air and fascinating nature scenery between lakes and forests await you. Our special weekend package introduces you to our most popular activities, fatbike rides and canoeing or wintertime snowshoeing. During the day, you will enjoy these sports safely with our guide. Our routes take you along the Kanta-Häme region, including the deepest swamp in Finland. In the evening, you can warm up in one of our cozy lakeside saunas and take a dip in the water. Some nights when the sky is clear, you might even see the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis)!

Snow and Sand Yoga

Experience the soft touch of nature or the cold embrace of an extreme experience. Sand, snow and ice have dominated the local surroundings for centuries. Local lifestyle and livelihood have based on these elements, and at the hard times people have sought strength and peace from nature. This product combines easy yoga movements, winter and outdoors. When there’s no snow, the product changes into Sand Yoga that is based on same elements of tranquility, space and pure sea air. In front of the silence and infinity of the sea, you’ll become one with the nature.

Natural Wellbeing Break by Lake Saimaa

Moments of relaxation including local cupping therapy and a bath in the lake-side sauna and swimming in Lake Saimaa. Grilled sausages and local beer on the terrace of the sauna with a dinner with local specialities in Manor Restaurant. You can also bike to Mikkeli city center (not guided) through a beautiful scenery of Finnish nature. There are plenty of places to stop and for example have a picnic or go to swimming. City maps are available in hotel reception. Or go canoeing or rowing from Kyyhkylä`s shore (not guided) or fishing in a small bay. Nordic Walking along Kyyhkylä beach scenery.

Wild Food Excursions

Finland is known for clean waters, vast forests, and the midnight sun. This creates a unique growth environment for delicious and nutritious wild foods such as berries, wild mushrooms, herbs, wild vegetables, fish, and game. During our wild food excursions, you will get to know some Finnish superfoods, learn where to find them, and see how they taste. Our nature guide will take you on a walk where you gather wild food of the season and prepare a super picnic together.

Slow Lakeland

Choose a program of your interest and deepen your understanding of Finnish nature, culture, traditions. The idea is that, over five-ten days, you do at least one relaxing thing and fill your body and mind with pure air and positive thoughts and you have left stresses of real life far behind you. Once you’ve spent a few days exploring… go off-line and slip into a meditative state!

Spiritual Finland Tour and Finnish Shaman Healing

Enjoy a shamanistic healing anywhere in Finland. The duration is about 1 hour, and you can also get a massage or practice mindfulness in Helsinki, Archipelago, Lakeland or Lapland. It is possible to clear traumas, fears, and other negative energies during a traditional shaman healing. You are free to choose the kind of atmosphere you want for your healing. Unique day with Yoga and Husky Therapy, 5 hours

Welcome to visit a tiny family-husky-farm near Rovaniemi, where eight huskies are just like the rest of the family members. We live at an old farm 13 km out from town at the picturesque scenery on the lake shore. It is our pleasure to invite you to visit our home and meet these special furry friends. We start our relaxing day by doing yoga practise in the beautiful yoga shala with a lake view in our home. After a little revitalising snack we will take the huskies and go to enjoy the fresh air by skiing or sledge riding.

Spend a night in our new hotel. Try a relaxing activity on the lake: stand up paddling or traditional paddling in summer and tour skating or hiking on the lake in winter. Berry Picking and Mushroom Hunting in Nuuksio National Park

Forests in Finland are a real treasure if you like berries or mushrooms. Picking berries and mushrooms in tranquil forests is relaxing and fun. Northern clean nature and summer with long sunny days and white nights give an incredibly delicious taste to berries and fungi. It is not only the aroma – Finnish berries and mushrooms are clean and healthy; they contain huge amounts of important vitamins, flavonoids, fiber, and anti-oxidants. This guided nature hike takes you to the best picking places in Nuuksio National Park.

Moonlight Relaxation

We will wear warm clothes from shoes to beanies, throw genuine Lappish reindeer skins on our shoulders and take a small hike into the darkness of the forest under the moonlight glow. In the silence of the forest, with reindeer skins warming us, we perform relaxation techniques and light exercise to prevent the cold from getting to us. A holiday can’t get better than this! Wild Food Hiking Trip in Pure Nature

Rovaniemi is the ideal place for berry and mushroom picking. Berry picking is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and unwind in the midst of natural beauty. Our guide will tell you the basics about our totally fresh food ingredients, which you can collect and taste straight from the clean forest. After spending time in the forest, we will proceed with the most delicious part of the safari: baking traditional pancakes on the open fire. And fresh pancakes are of course most delicious when you eat them with freshly picked berries!

Walk of Senses Under the Stars and Northern Lights

Take a guided tour in the beautiful Nordic wilderness at the darkest time of the year. This immersion should help you to sharpen your senses and help you channel your sensations and emotions, while being in the outdoors late in the evening. Foraging – Wild Food Resources

Spend the day by the sea and in the forest searching for wild food with our chef. The day ends with wild flavours on your dinner plate. Between foraging and dinner, you can relax by the sea, take a rowing trip or try a Finnish sauna with a dip in the sea! You need good shoes, everything else is provided by us.
