2-Day Whale Watching Trip to Tromsø with Arctic Cathedral and Polar Museum

Get ready for two days of true Nordic experiences. We’ll pick you up in Rovaniemi and take you up to Tromsø in Northern Norway. On the way, we will have a stopover in “the thumb of Finland’s arm”, not far from the legendary Saana fell, where you’ll have free time to have lunch. In Tromsø, you can find out all about the local history and culture by visiting the Polar Museum, as well as the amazing Arctic Cathedral. The programme also includes gazing at the Northern Lights and a whale watching trip.

Picnic Trip by Paddling for Two

A do-it-yourself paddling trip in a double kayak. Spend a nice day paddling on our clear waters. Feel and taste the wellness and energy that only Finnish nature can give you. Paddling in a double kayak with your close friend is very easy way to take a trip on a lake. You may stop at a nature reserve and have a picnic lunch around a campfire. After spending a day paddling, swimming and enjoying nature, you are full of energy and ready for new adventures. Everything you need is included: kayak, safety vests, picnic meal, tea or coffee pot, maps, and advice.

Boat to Linnansaari National Park

Linnansaari is the largest island in the national park. Well-marked hiking trails, fireplaces, a sauna, camping locations and an Eco Hostel await you on the island. Linnansaari is easy to reach by boat from the Oravi village. There is a regular boat connection four times a day in July–August from the Oravi harbour to the Sammakkoniemi camp site on Linnansaari. You can buy tickets online or at the reception in Oravi. Other times (May–October) you can book a water taxi from Oravi.

Glimpse of the Arctic - Huskies in Nuuksio National Park

Meet the huskies of Nuuksio National Park in peaceful nature surroundings. Take turns in dog sled riding on a short but a safe track pulled by our people-loving Siberian huskies. While you ride, your friends can enjoy watching your experience. Depending on track and weather, you can also drive yourself. Enter 'Kota', the traditional Sami tent and hear the stories of the Arctic reliving the experience by an open fire. A hot drink is included. We'll use dog sleds or dog carts.

Ice-Fishing Experience

Drill a hole through the ice and try your ice fishing skills! Enjoy the icy scenery on the Gulf of Bothnia while sipping hot drinks and learn more about life by the frozen sea.

Horse Sleigh Ride in the Snowy Forest

This romantic ride takes you through a snowy forest to the beautiful frozen Lake Pyhäjärvi. Enjoy the winter magic, find peace of mind, and relax. You will also be served a cup of hot chocolate. The sleigh is pulled by an original Finn horse and it fits a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. 1-hour private tour.

The Aalto Route follows in his footsteps, from classicism to modernism and from brick architecture to monumentalism. The route offers an insight into the cityscape and architecture of Jyväskylä.

During summer evenings Steamship Ukkopekka sails from Turku to the fascinating small island of Loistokari. Helsinki‒Stockholm Cruise

Enjoy a relaxing cruise between the capital cities of Finland and Sweden; Helsinki and Stockholm. Our ships offer a wide variety of onboard activities, visit one of the restaurants and bars and take in the spectacular scenery of the famous Scandinavian archipelago, shop brand name goods at the tax free shops, unwind at the spa, or enjoy great entertainment and music in the nightclub. You will have two nights on board and a full day at your leisure to explore the city of your destination.

Taiga Husky Tour

A wilderness husky tour for about 7,5 hours, including a campfire lunch. The perfect way to experience the magnificent taiga forests of Lapland. Enjoy the sound of silence as you mush your own dog-team through the remote trails just north of Rovaniemi and the Arctic Circle. We travel 30-40 km during this tour. After or during the tour (weather dependant), we enjoy a hearty campfire lunch. You can choose to drive your sled alone, or share the experience with a partner.

Husky safari to a Forest Teepee

The huskies will take you on a 20 km ride through the snowy land (2 persons/sled team). On the way we will have a break in a forest Teepee (kota) grilling sausages and drinking hot juice while talking about sled dogs life. After the trip you can spend time with the dogs and take pictures. Duration: about 3,5 h.

Sled Ride in the Levi Husky Park

Join an action-packed trip in a Husky sled through a snowy forest to a frozen lake. The big sleigh is suitable for the whole family, and your guide takes care of the driving. After the drive, you get to know the residents of the park – the Siberian Huskies, reindeers, cheerful little raccoon dogs, trained animals that perform tricks, and the pack of Tundra wolf Boogie. Hot drinks and sausages in a warm Lappish kota (teepee) are included. Duration: 2.5 hours.

Evening in the Forest

We start our walk with the last light of the day. You can feel the silence falling over the forest – it relaxes your mind. We follow the path and take a break by the open fire. When we come back, we already need our headlights to find our way! Duration: 3 hours. Time: 17.00–20.00 or 15.00–18.00 (December) Season: October–December, March–April Equipment: shoes suitable for walking in the forest, warm outdoor clothes

Husky Safari 5 km (Self-Drive) and Husky Farm Visit

Feel the thrill of driving or sitting in a sled pulled by Huskies, 2 persons on each team. Halfway through the safari, you can change places. After the safari, we'll get to know the Husky farm, where you will meet charming arctic Siberian Huskies, Husky puppies, dog wolves and reindeers of the farm (which you can also feed). Hot drinks and sausages by a cozy fireplace included in the price. Duration about 2 hours.

Reindeer Hike in Nature

Enjoy Lappish nature and beautiful views of the Kemijoki River by participating on this relaxing hiking experience together with reindeer. We will begin the excursion by walking along the river shore, where you can try fishing if you wish. The reindeer will carry your packs in traditional carrying bags placed on their back, and we continue our hike up to a hill, where we stop to rest. Lappish snacks and drinks will be served by the open fire, and we tell you great stories about reindeer herding in Lapland.
