SUP Outdoor Trips

Our SUP Outdoor trips will take you to the middle of quiet lake nature. Our course you will teach you the basics of stand-up paddling: the right paddling technique and safe practices, how to handle the paddle and board and how to get on the board. You’ll need appropriate sports clothes and an open and relaxed mind! We will provide neoprene shoes on our autumn trips.

Jet Ski Safari

This safari takes place either on the Ounasjoki River, Lake Levijärvi or Lake Sirkkajärvi depending on the weather condition. Riding the ski jet is easy, fun and safe. There is no need for a driving license, but the minimum age required is 15 years. Enjoy views of the fell in its summer colours while jet skiing. If the weather gets cold, you will be provided with neoprene gear. Duration about 2.5 hours.

Espoo Recreational Islands

The recreational islands in Espoo offer a perfect setting for relaxation and recreation. A scheduled boat service takes you swiftly to and from the islands in the archipelago. In just one day you have time to visit a couple of these attractive little islands. Enjoy a nice picnic with your friend on one of the islands or spend a night camping under the summer sky. In total there are 11 recreational islands in Espoo and four of them are accessible through scheduled boat service which is running from June until end of August. The biggest and most popular island is called Iso Vasikkasaari.

Cottage Rental and Lakeside Hiking

The boreal forest in Virttaa is home to the Harjureitti trail, which offers fantastic opportunities for all kinds of summer and winter sports. The network is 26 km long and partly illuminated. Best of all, it starts right from your doorstep. Along the way, there are many places where you can take a break to enjoy the view and peace of nature. Enjoy snowshoe trips to beautiful Lake Pyhäjärvi, ice-fishing, skiing or winter swimming. In the summertime, our customers can use our rowing boat free of charge. The Alastaro Circuit and Alastaro Golf are only 5 minutes from the cottages.

Husky Safari – Saariselkä

Enthusiastic barking welcomes you to the safari at our departure point. Before departing on your journey, you will be given instructions on how to control the sleds, which you will ride in pairs. Passengers may swap places at the halfway point. The head musher tells about the life and training of these Arctic animals, and you have a chance to take some great photos. The departure point may change according to weather conditions. Hot drinks will be served by a campfire.

Fatbike Tours and Rental in Pyhätunturi

Fatbikes – arguably the most fun way to explore snowy forests! Fatbikes are the new fascinating way to enjoy the arctic nature. These easy-to-ride mountain bikes will take you through new-fallen snow with ease. Wide tyres offer a great grip and make the bike very agile – and will but a big grin on your face. You can join a guided tour in the Pyhä-Luosto National Park, or, would you prefer, to rent a bike for independently cruising around in the Pyhä region. Pyhä offers excellent environment for fatbiking. The most exquisite route options are located in Pyhä-Luosto National Park.

Experience Speed at Levi Bike Park

Hit the free routes on a downhill bike in the Levi Bike Park. Built on the western slope of the Levi fell, the Bike Park offers mountain biking in a beautiful landscape. The program is also suitable for beginners and children over 12 years. All participants under 18 years must present a permission slip signed by their parent. The package includes hire of a downhill bike, safety gear, Gondola lift ticket and tuition. Please remember to bring your own water bottle. Duration 1,5 – 2 hours.

Golf and Sailing in the Finnish Archipelago

Two days of golf and three days of sailing in the most beautiful Finnish archipelago in August! The golf and sailing tour starts and ends by a full round of golf at Ålands Golf Club in Kastelholma and Kultaranta Resort in Naantali. Accommodation in charming small hotels.

Lauhanvuori National Park

Walk up Lauhanvuori Hill and climb the viewing tower to get panoramic views over the forested lowlands, stretching all the way to the Gulf of Bothnia. The hillside forests contain geological traces showing how the scenery has changed since the Ice Age, including extensive boulder fields and banks formed along ancient shorelines. The park's ski-trails are maintained carefully during the winter.

Lemmenjoki Gold Rush Autumn Hike

A remote guided one-week autumn hike in the largest and northernmost national park in Finland. Full board, accommodation in tents on tour, and in a log cabin at the beginning and end. The tour highlights include an overnight gold mine visit with a panning possibility and a sauna, visit to the Morgan-Viibus fell, an introduction to the Sámi way of life and reindeer husbandry with genuine Sámi people. You will also receive an introduction to the survival skills needed in Finland. Transport from and to the Ivalo airport are included.

Salamajärvi National Park

Follow in the hoofprints of wild reindeer on the Peuran Polku Trail. You might even spot some of these rare animals. The park's varied wild scenery includes rockstrewn pinewoods, open bogs and lakes full of tasty fish. Use the facilities at Koirasalmi as a base for exploring the wilds.

Kaldoaivi Backcountry Ski Tour

Want to challenge yourself with a remote off-the-track backcountry ski-tour in the far north? Here is your chance: a guided one week (Saturday to Friday) backcountry skiing tour following the northernmost pine-line in Europe inside the Kaldoaivi wilderness area. Well suited for skiers who have some previous experience in nordic skiing (but not necessarily in backcountry skiing). Full board in simple wilderness huts with no electricity, while the more adventurous also have a chance to try sleeping in tents. Organized in March and April. Transport to and from Ivalo Airport are included.

Hiking to Nuuksio Reindeer Park

The hiking tour starts in front of the Finnish Nature Centre Haltia in Nuuksio. Walking tour along forest paths in the national park to the reindeer park. A guide will tell about flora and fauna on the way. At the park you can see our adorable reindeer, take pictures and feed them. Coffee + bun is served by the fire in an atmospheric Lappish kota (tepee). Souvenirs can be purchased on site.

Kayaking in the South Coast Archipelago

Go sea kayaking among islands and skerries, enjoying the stunning coastal landscapes of West Uusimaa region. Experience the silence, feel the freedom and sense the nearness to nature. SE-Action Canoe Centre offers kayaking equipment and guidance. At only a 30-minute drive from Helsinki!

Forest Trail Reindeer Safari

You will not find a more traditional mode of transportation than the reindeer sleigh. Come face to face with these gentle creatures, as we take you to a nearby reindeer farm to ride a reindeer-drawn sleigh through the snowy forests. Learn about the reindeer herder's life. We will pick you up from your hotel and drive 30 minutes to the reindeer farm. You will be instructed how to the ride the reindeer sleigh, and you will travel for about 2 kilometers. Upon your return, the reindeer herder will tell you about his reindeers and his life over some hot juice.
