Husky Safari

On our Husky Safari you will feel like the hero of the wilderness. Enjoy the untouched forests and feel the speed of the huskies. On the safari you will get to drive a team of dogs across varying Lappish terrain.

Two Hour Snowmobiling Experience

This unforgettable snowmobile adventure to the heart of nature offers a fantastic opportunity to learn how to master the art of driving a snowmobile. During the snowmobile safari we will stop for a break to enjoy hot drinks and the silence of the beautiful surroundings. We drive over frozen rivers and lakes, snow covered forests and countryside.

Northern Lights Experience

In north-west Finnish Lapland, beyond the Arctic Circle, our base is Levi, Finland's premier downhill ski resort. Experience a wide range of snow-based activities, ski in your free time, or relax in a spa. It's also a great location to see the Northern Lights. Scenic Drive with Electric Fat Bikes

An enjoyable and relaxing biking trip in the beautiful nature surrounding the Levi fell. This tour is suitable for everyone and will give you the chance to experience our new Electric Fat Bikes which make pedalling easier and reaching the best locations much more fun! Drive together with your guide along beautiful roads and forest paths in some of the most beautiful areas of Levi and hear stories about the local nature and life in Lapland. Duration: 2 hours.

Kalevala Ski Tour

A guided cross-country skiing tour through the snow-covered forests of northeastern Finland, in the area where the poems for the Finnish national epic, Kalevala, were collected. The route goes through an extensive complex of nature reserves called Kalevala Park, where the geography is dominated by hills, forests, mires, lakes, and rivers. You will cover a total of 250 km in 6 days. Good physical condition and previous experience of cross-country skiing are necessary to participate on this tour.

Legends Test Drive

Test drive a Legends race car at Botniaring raceway in 15 min. The price includes helmet and gloves. Botniaring is the longest and fastest raceway in Finland located in Jurva, Southern Ostrobothnia.

Visit Santa Claus Village and a Husky Farm in Rovaniemi

Our safari starts with a visit to a reindeer and husky farm with guided tours. We meet an authentic reindeer herder and husky musher and have a chance to take photos of the reindeer and huskies and see how life at the farms is. Before continuing our journey, we sit down by the fireplace to relax with a cup of coffee and hear stories about life with the reindeer.

Cross-country Skiing and Ski School

It has been scientifically proven that a ski trip in the nature cleanses both body and mind. You'll feel almost euphoric afterwards. Saariselkä has frequently been ranked as one of the world’s best cross-country skiing destinations. The ski season is long – tracks are usually already available in October, and you can ski right through into May. The diverse network of ski tracks runs for almost 200 kilometres, taking in the fells and the Urho Kekkonen National Park. We rent skis and also offer skiing classes for beginners.

Kurjenrahka National Park

Within easy reach of the historic town of Turku, the forests and marshes of Kurjenrahka are home to many wild animals and birds. including stately long-legged cranes and curious woodland owls. Ski-trails tour the snow-covered marshes in the winter.

Quiet Luxury - Anttolanhovi Wellness Village

Get a great experience of lake Saimaa by a guided canoeing trip, learn how to make traditional Karelian pasties and visit the handicraft workshop at Kenkävero Vicarage before you explore the city of Mikkeli. Come and experience the amazing Päijät-Häme's lake and ridge scenery. No previous experience is necessary because the guide will advice you the safe use of snowmobiles. Tour operator offers the necessary equipment (helmets hoods, overalls, boots, gloves) and guidance. Self-Driving Wildlife Adventure

The Wild Taiga area, situated in Eastern Finland on the Russian border, is a land of pure nature and wildlife. Its geography is dominated by hills, forests, lakes, rivers, and mires, home to many wild animals, including large carnivores which are either very rare or extinct elsewhere in Europe. This self-drive tour includes five overnight excursions which offer the opportunity to observe and photograph bears, wolves and wolverines safely in their natural habitat.

Lunch Safari

This lunch safari allows you to experience real speed and the satisfaction of delicious wilderness food (salmon soup and hot pancakes or reindeer stew and coffee). The safari covers 55 km, includes lunch and lasts 3 to 4 hours.

The Squirrel Route

The Squirrel Route (Oravareitti) is a 57km long canoeing route which runs between Juva and Sulkava. Accommodation, maps and guided canoeing trips are available, as well as rental for canoeing equipment and transportation services.

Fishing in Himos

Come fish in our beautiful landscapes, flowing rivers and tranquil lakes! Himos and its surrounding areas are full of diverse possibilities for river and lake fishing. There’s a right spot for every fisherman and woman! You have the possibility to go fishing independently or to book a guided fishing excursion from licensed fishing guides. You can also rent a boat for Lake Patalahti from the Himos Center reception.
