Discovering Finland in Porvoo (6–7 hours)

Explore the old city of Porvoo, learn about its history, and walk along the old streets and forest paths. Then we will visit a local shop and buy all produce we need to cook Finnish specialties together. Upon our arrival to the kitchen, a professional chef will explain how we will proceed during the next hours. The chef will tell us where the recipes come from and what they contain. Everyone will participate and several dishes will be made simultaneously. When everything is ready, we will taste the dishes together in an atmosphere of pure Finnish bliss.

Follow the Romanovs in Porvoo (Private 6h Tour)

This tour takes you to Porvoo, Finland's second oldest town, where history is closely intertwined with the Russian Royal Romanov family story. The small town is located an hour's drive from Helsinki, and certainly attracts many tourists from all over the world – especially for its unique Old Town. We start our walking excursion here and cover the whole historical town centre. We will see the Old Bridge, magnificent views of the Old Town, the Cathedral and the Shore Barns. After a walk through the city, we vist Haikko, the birthplace of Prince Vladimir Kirillovitch.

Explore Helsinki with a local! A Local is your host and tour guide of the day (6 hours). You can choose what you would like to do or leave the planning to a Local. Your day is a combination of local life and highlights of Helsinki. Interaction with a Local is the key element. You will discuss about the topics you are interested in and there is enough time for taking photos and enjoying the atmosphere. You can meet the Local in the port or hotel lobby for your convenience.

Ice Fishing – Traditional Finnish Experience

Want to enjoy the Finnish wintertime? Put some skates on, glide to our island, and enjoy the beautiful landscape as you sit by a hole in the ice and wait for the fish to come. Kallio-kierros (Pub crawl)

It’s time to party! “Kalliokierros” is a familiar concept to most party-people in Helsinki. We’ll guide you through the edgiest neighbourhood, where hipsters and hobos roam the streets in perfect harmony. We’ll provide you a crash course on local ways of drinking and partying. The prize includes some free drinks and all the entrance fees. On top of the usual, we also offer a chance to experience the local karaoke and club scene. You must bring an ID with a picture to prove you are over 18. All clubs ask for it.

Mysterious Turku

Discover the old city of Porvoo, Finnish history, culture, and walking in silent nature. Lunch in a typical restaurant, then we continue our visit along the river and in the empire part of the city. In the afternoon we will visit nice spots with beautiful views. Possibility to rent bicycles to see more places outside the town. River cruise on historical Porvoo River also included.

On a guided walk to Design District Helsinki you can learn how design became a lifestyle for Finns. We visit classic brands like Artek known of Alvar Aalto and Marimekko and dive deeply to the design quarter to meet the fresh faces of Finnish design.

Old Wooden Towns Tour

Walking around Old Towns is like stepping into a fairy tale: the colourful wooden houses, decorative gates, cobblestone streets and beautiful public buildings create an atmosphere of the long-forgotten past. Old Finnish coastal towns host many lovely restaurants, cafés, shops and museums. Most of the buildings in these conservation areas date back to the 18th and 19th centuries, and strict regulations ensure that the areas will retain their history.

Turku Design Tour

This tour guides you around the design stores of Turku, particularly the ones off the beaten path, like KUI Design, Klo Design, Televisio Lifestyle Store, Outolintu, PUF Designmarket, Aitoi and Punainen Norsu.
