Start or finish your hiking day in Hossa National Park with yoga! The practice is perfectly suited to take care of your body and mind before and after a hike in the surrounding nature – why not on the way as well. Your path will be lighter and easier after a yoga class. Also, your muscles and body will recover faster after a hike if you take a yoga class where you surrender yourself to deep yoga stretches. The classes take place at Hossa Visitor Center during the summer and autumn.
