Kainuu Orienteering Week

This international, whole family’s orienteering and holiday week is organized annually in July, each year in a different area of the province Kainuu.

With reflection on the Finnish traditions in orienteering this orienteering week is the second oldest in the world and it has been held since the middle of 1960′s. During one week the participants will take part in four orienteering races and the final results are determined by the summarized results of these four races.
