Moomin World and Väski Adventure Island

Moomin World is a theme park especially for children. It is situated near the old town of Naantali on the island of Kailo. The Moomin figures are based on the childrens books by the Finnish author Tove Jansson. The Moomin World isn’t a traditional amusement park. There are many activities and fantasy paths for children and they can visit Moomintroll, moominpappa and moominmamma in the blueberry-coloured Moomin House which is the main attraction of the theme park. There are also performances in Moomin Theatre Emma.

The Väski Island  is a place for climbing, jumping, gliding down a zip-wire, panning for gold or testing your archery skills. At the Fisherman’s Village you’ll find rustic restaurants, a beach and sauna as well as the animals at the villager’s farm. The activities and environment have been designed with older primary school kids in mind.

Winter Magic sees the Moomin family waking from their winter slumber and a fun filled fairy-tale day is guaranteed. Have a wonderful time at the Moomin World skating rink and sledding hill, and of course you can meet the whole Moomin family and all their friends!
