Unkan is set in the center of Finland’s southernmost city Hangö. Itin a wooden jugend house that was built in 1907 as the first Finnish public school in Hanko. Its architecture and attention to detail represent a bygone era of tradition and old world craftsmanship, which can be seen in the many jugend inspired details.
Norråker, the Karlbo Country House in Kimitoön follows Finnish building tradition but has a different and very distinctive interior design, which blends a rich British – somewhat romantic – tradition and style with the rural elements of Finnish country living.
