 | Rauma: Old Rauma is one of seven places in Finland that are included on the UNESCO list of world heritage sites. This part of town includes the largest number of interconnecting wooden houses in Scandinavia. The Rauma Museum is located in the architecturally important former town hall, dating from 1776. The Museum has a significant collection of lace, since lace-making is a speciality and an old tradition in Rauma. Kauppakatu 13, tel. +358 (0)2 834 3532.

 | Pori is famous for its Jazz Festival (www.porijazz.fi) in July, and here you will also find Yyteri Sands. Yyteri is located about 20 km from Pori and is a Finnish Riviera with 6 km of beautiful sandy beaches. Accommodation is available at Yyteri Spa Hotel and Yyteri camping site with room for caravans and cottages for rent. There is also a golf course and a windsurfing centre. The Island of Reposaari, located 32 km from the centre of Pori, is like a small town unto itself. There are many wooden houses here and a church in Norwegian style, the Marina Merilokki guest harbour, an old garrison park, Merimesta fishing centre, a fishing harbour and the Merimesta fish restaurant with a beautiful view of the open sea. Take the ancient sea route from Mäntyluoto to Reposaari.
