BY CAR: The E63 (Road #5) runs through Finland from South (Turku) to north (Kuusamo/Ruka/Rovaniemi), and passes through Kajaani Region. Road 22 connects Kajaani Region to the west coast (Oulu) and Road 89 to the east to the Russian border.
