 | Kristiinankaupunki (Kristinestad) is a small idyllic coast town. Learn about maritime traditions at the Maritime Museum, visit the Lebell Merchant’s House and the wooden Ulrika Eleonora Church, both from the 18th century. Kaskinen (Kaskö): The maritime town located furthest to the west, on an island, with a unique town plan from the 18th century with wooden houses and large gardens. |  |  | The Bladh House, built in 1788, is one of Finland’s largest wooden buildings, Cneiffinpolku 1, tel. +358 (0)6 220 7211. The old idyllic fishing harbour with its boathouses, fish smokery and Fishing Museum attract many visitors. The traditional Fishing Festival is a popular event in the Old Fishing Harbour at the end of June.
On the shore next to the guest harbour and market place you find an interesting smoke sauna with swimming possibilities and restaurant services.

 | Närpes (Närpiö) is a country town with an old stone church and 150 church stables for horses. Öjskogsparken is situated only a stone’s throw from the church and houses museums and a revolving theatre called Vridläktaren.  | Vaasa (Vasa): The town of Vaasa, which is over 400 years old, is a seaside town and the large archipelago outside is the first World Natural Heritage Site in Finland. Beautiful parks and esplanades are typical for the town. There are many interesting sights, museums, art collections, beaches and idyllic restaurants, which all make Vaasa well worth a visit. Sightseeing tours with the Lilliputti-train as well as cruises from Inner Harbour are available in summertime. Favourable family packages offer many possibilities.
