Oulu Cathedral description

Construction of the Oulu Cathedral was completed in 1777. After a fire, the cathedral was reconstructed in 1832 according to a design by the architect Carl Ludwig Engel. The interior of the cathedral has been renovated in 1997.

Church of Kotka description

Church of Kotka, in the centre of Kotka, was inaugurated in 1898. The impressive altarpiece "the Bowing of the Kings" was painted by Pekka Halonen. Excellent baroque organs built in 1998 by Martti Porthán.

Medieval Church of Ulvila description

The history of Ulvila dates back 600 years. The stone church of Ulvila dates back to the year 1332 and is still in use.

Spa Park description

The beautiful old wooden villas in the Spa Park were built around the Hanko Spa around the turn of the 20th century. The villas, designed by well-known architects, represent a decorative wooden architecture.
