Each apartment has a nice and spacious living room with an open kitchen. Some apartments have a fireplace. Both living room and bedroom have plasma TV. There is a sofabed in the living room, making extra beds for two adults. From the living room, there is access to the 19 m² glazed terrace with infrared heaters and electric fireplace. From the hall, there is access to toilet, bathroom and sauna area. There is also a walk in closet in the hall. The bedroom has en suite toilet and bathroom.

All SpaSuites have TV with Easybox multimedia system, which includes for example possibility for program recordings, the use of internet and email, Easy Office, radio etc. SpaSuites Easybox also has its own music and movie database.

Each apartment of SpaSuites has one parking space on the lower level parking garage of the building. There is an elevator from the garage to the apartment floors. In the garage, there is also a locked storage space for sports equipment for each apartment.
