Embrace your creativity as we gather for a unique lakeside lunch experience. Together we’ll wander the Loma-Vietonen yard, the shoreline and the nearby forest to pick nature’s own decorations — wildflowers, leafy branches, stones, driftwood and other small treasures that catch your eye.

Then we set a shared table on the lakeside terrace, with wide-open views across Lake Vietonen. While you style the table in your own way, Tuija — your hostess — prepares a seasonal lunch over an open fire or on the grill, making the flavours of Lapland shine.

Begin with a selection of refreshing drinks and traditional Tornio Valley style bread. For the main course, enjoy local fish served with beetroot barley “risotto” and a fresh salad finished with wildflowers. Dessert is made with fresh rhubarb or local berries — served in true Finnish style with soot pot coffee.
