Niemelä villa located Parikkala Melkoniemi lake Simpele east shore.

The villa has been renovated and well equipped modern holiday. The equipment is part of the mm. modern kitchen equipment, two flat-TV (42.32) satellite TV channels, broadband and municipal water.

There is the old farm granary and shed. During the summer can be in two granary sleep four people.

The beach is a separate wood-heated sauna. The sauna is a small dressing room and fireplace lounge.

The old stone barn corner of the summer kitchen equipment cooker, grill and smoke oven.

There are also plenty of mushrooms to forage.

We rent 2.3 hp Honda motor and Mercury 20 hp motorboat.
