Children’s Cultural Centre Kotilo is the home for children’s culture in the Central Library Saari. Kotilo opens on January 16, 2026. Kotilo offers citizens and visitors diverse, high-quality and alternating children’s culture experiences. We offer programming that inspires children of all ages, as well as adults, to be creative and enjoy playfulness. Kotilo is a meeting place where the entire family can enjoy things together.
