Ristorante Scolare was born because those of us who fell in love with Italy wanted a place where we could fluff pasta flour, roast tomatoes, squeeze burrata, slice prosciutto, gather around a bottle of wine, laugh together – and make exuberant noise. In other words, everything we are most fans of in Italy.
