The association Musikcafé After Eight r.f. is a youth association that has existed and operated youth activities for more than 35 years. Right from the start, the basic idea has been to create an alternative meeting place for young people and at the same time engage and activate them. We want to give room for new ideas and creativity in all its forms.

The association is drug-free and ingrained with transparency, consideration and participation. We want dreams and visions to come alive and be expressed through the various activities of the association.

Musikcafé After Eight creates space for cultural diversity in various forms and produces a wide range of concerts, exhibitions, themed café evenings and different kinds of outdoor happenings.  Our larger events include Christmas in Södermalm and popular summer conserts in the courtyard.

The concept of our lunch restaurant at Musikcafé After Eight is to blend new flavours with traditional home cooking. The food is prepared by using local, top quality ingredients. During the summer our customers can enjoy our beautiful courtyard, an oasis right in the city center. 
Our aim is for the café to always be able to offer gluten-free and vegan options.
