The restaurant takes its name from Carl Wilhelm Rosenlew (1873-1942), the founder of Vanajanlinna. He created the tradition of Vanajanlinna, which is still built on today’s great taste experiences, surprises from top chefs, quality wines and unforgettable party atmosphere. For a hundred years, candles have been lit at parties when Finnish and international guests have celebrated at Vanajanlinna.
