Boat trip to the Rahja archipelago

Experience the diverse nature in the Rahja archipelago!

On this trip, we will dock to hike, fish, and explore the old trails in the area.

The Rahja archipelago is a hidden gem of Kalajoki that is slowly rising from the sea due to land uplift. The area features various types of nature reserves from sheltered forests in the inner archipelago to open-sea outer islets.

The area surprises with its diverse bird population, and our skipper is also happy to tell you more about different bird species and help you identify them. If we're lucky, we may even see seals lounging on the rocks!
