The kantti-buildings of Vihanti (kantti means "house" in Vihanti) form a unique collection of modernised historical buildings that are frequently used by the villagers for all sorts of events as well as rented to visitors for short-term use.

Three of the buildings are located next to Kirkkojärvi-lake near Vihanti centre. Saarankantti-house is in the centre area as well but closer to the train station. The selection ranges from a studio apartment to full buildings with large rooms for banquets or big meetings, kitchens and accommodation.
