We asked local Finns from every corner of the country to identify the dishes and flavours that best define Finland and its unique regions. Then we enlisted the help of some of our most talented chefs to craft them into Finland’s Official Tasting Menus. Each Menu will be served to eight (8) lucky participants at an intimate, authentic and truly unforgettable dinner event: Finland’s Official Tasting.  

Selected participants will be chosen for an all expenses paid, 4-day trip to the region of Finland they have applied to. The trip includes a full itinerary of activities and dining throughout the stay – and culminates in the official, experiential, once-in-a-lifetime tasting dinner.

At Finland’s Official Tastings, our selected participants will experience the flavours, traditions, sights and sounds of the surrounding region: the exquisite Coast and Archipelago or the great wilderness of Lapland.
