Hotel Punkaharju uniquely decorated rooms and suites (Main Building)

The Punkaharju hotel ensemble consists of three main areas: the Main building (11 rooms all around year), Villa Czarine (9 rooms all around year) and the Forest Cabins (available during summer) down by the lake.

Main Building features 11 hotel rooms: 2 single rooms, 2 twin rooms, 6 double rooms and a suite. Most of double rooms and the suite can be equipped with an extra bed.

Each room in the Main Building is distinctive; stylish and professionally decorated with an eye towards detail. Every room tells its own story, inspired by the history of Punkaharju and Saimaa lake nature, while adhering to the original style of this historical building.

A breakfast buffet is served daily in the Restaurant Punkaharju located in the Main Building. Lunch and dinner are also served within hotel’s opening hours and the Hotel Bar at the entrance to the restaurant serves drinks and coffee.

Restaurant Punkaharju celebrates rich local culinary traditions with a modern twist. Local producers and natural ingredients play a key role in Hotel Punkaharju’s Restaurant menus. For a special occasion you can also order to have a dinner for two in our forest ranger’s tower or in the hotel’s greenhouse.

During off-season the restaurant (seating capacity of 120) can be made available for meetings, conferences and private occasions.
