The story of Miilu Resort and our related restaurant Miilu Bar & Grill began when three friends put their ideas together. 

We wanted to bring a restaurant next to the ski track, where the scent of coals burning in the grill fills the surroundings and the music playing inside takes the thoughts of visitors from further afield to different ends of the world 

A restaurant where it's easy to walk in, even if you're wearing overalls, and still enjoy a short or longer dinner.

Our food is suitable for sharing among a group of people at the table, or everyone can choose their favorite dishes from our a la carte list. We recommend the five-course seasonally changing Menu Miilu, for which our chefs have selected the best dishes from our restaurant. 

Classic cocktails, rarer whiskeys by the fireplace, a changing selection of wines and ice-cold beers. 

Friendly and adaptable service, time spent together and magical northern lights over Lake Ylläsjärvi.

In its first year of operation, Miilu Bar & Grill ranked as the third best restaurant in Lapland on the 2026 Best Restaurants in Finland list and 66th on the national list! Read more here

A warm welcome to spend Christmas with us at Miilu Resort and our restaurant Miilu Bar & Grill.

On Christmas Eve (24.12) and Christmas Day (25.12), we offer our five (5) course Christmas menu for €85 / person. Children's menu €39 / person. 

In addition to the menus, your table can order traditional Christmas dishes from the menu in any quantity you like.
