We exist so no one is left alone. Helsinki Pride -yhteisö (Helsinki Pride Community) is an NGO and expert organization that strives to eliminate inequality embedded in culture and language as well as social structures, values, and norms. We’ve been working to advance the rights, inclusion, and wellbeing of sexual and gender minorities since 1991.


Helsinki Pride is Finland's biggest human rights and cultural event. Pride month is celebrated throughout June, and the Pride Week takes place 26 June - 2 July, 2024. Helsinki Pride parade and park celebrations will take place on the Saturday of Pride Week, as usual.

The Helsinki Pride parade is a joyful, colorful and loud demonstration for equality and human rights. Everyone is welcome to join the parade! The parade will take place on Saturday 29.6.2024.
