SOUND BATH & MINDFULNESS AT TERTTI MANOR

A relaxing wellbeing evening in a historic garden setting

Welcome to experience a calming summer wellbeing evening at Tertti Manor in Mikkeli, Finland, on 24 June and 22 July 2026. Sound Bath & Mindfulness combines the atmosphere of the manor gardens, mindful presence and deeply relaxing sound healing into a unique experience in the manor’s beautiful walled garden.

During the evening, guests enjoy a non-alcoholic sparkling rosé welcome drink at the Garden Café, take part in a mindful garden walk and relax during a restorative sound bath surrounded by nature. The vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and other instruments help calm the nervous system and restore balance to body and mind.

The evening is guided by mindfulness and sound bath instructor Eeva Ojalehto (Unelma Elämä), whose gentle and calming approach encourages deep relaxation and presence.
