10km huskysafari at the outskirts of the National Park

Come and experience how to ride a team of long-distance racing huskies! Our routes will take you into the wilderness Lappish nature at the edge of Finland’s oldest National Park!

Maglelin Experience is the home of a pack of Alaskan huskies and two humans located near the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park with more than 20 years of experience. The programs run in small groups and we use our own private trails where you enjoy the magical nature of Lapland. The track runs on fairly flat terrain of frozen and snowy marshland and forest and is easy to drive.

We also participate in sled dog races every winter.

After the ride, it is time to enjoy a hot berry juice and a snack in a Lapp hut around an open fire. An experienced guide will tell you interesting information about the life in a husky kennel. You will also get to meet the dogs more closely after the husky safari. Duration: about 2,5 hours.
