UDUMBARA is a design shop and working pottery studio where all pieces are made on site from Finnish Kultela wild clay.

The studio offers a wider selection than the webshop, including one-of-a-kind pieces. Planters, lamps and ceramic sculptures are often easiest to choose in person — in the hand and in natural light they feel quite different than in photographs.

The studio is easy to reach by tram (1, 3, 8 and 9).

You’ll find the atelier at the corner of Helsinginkatu 20 / Kaarlenkatu 15, right next to Brahe Sports Field in Kallio, Helsinki.

Outside opening hours, feel free to stop by if I’m in the studio and no workshop is in progress — you’re warmly welcome to knock on the window.
