Right next to the Kuhmo Arts Centre, there is a winter swimming spot. For a single visit, you can pick up the key from the city hall reception (Kainuuntie 82) during its opening hours at a cost of €5 per visit. The swimming season in cold water is from September to the end of May. There is no sauna on the premises.
