Experience the famous Pieni Karhunkierros (Little Bear's Trail) in the winter. One of Finland's most popular day trails is a 10 km beautiful circular loop that starts right from Basecamp Oulanka and leads us to the heart of Oulanka National Park. It offers plenty of landscapes characteristic of the National Park's landscapes – from rugged canyons to rushing rapids and suspension bridges to spectacular lookout points. The trail passes by Myllykoski mill, which may be the most photographed landscape in Finland.

You can easily navigate the snowy terrain with your snowshoes as you walk along riverside trails and see the amazing views from top of the gorges.

During the trip you will hear a lot of information about the nature of the area, and enjoy an outdoor picnic lunch.
