Join our guided night skiing tour in Ylläs and experience Lapland after dark. Starting from Äkäslompolo, we move into quiet winter landscapes away from lights and crowds.

You'll ski through snow-covered forests and across Kesänkijärvi, a frozen lake, in complete silence. During the tour, we stop at a traditional kota to light a fire and enjoy hot drinks and a sweet Lapland treat. On clear nights, there is also a chance to see the northern lights, though they are never guaranteed.

The pace is relaxed and adapted to the small group (max. 8), offering a unique night experience focused on movement, atmosphere, and the feeling of being deep in the Arctic nature.

3.5 hours, easy to moderate, from December to March. Departure at 19:30 (20:30 from 1 March), with pickup in Äkäslompolo and Ylläsjärvi. Skis, poles, headlamp and the kota break are included. Warm winter boots are essential and can be rented on request.
