Metsäsydän Yoga Days – created just for you

Metsäsydän Yoga Days are designed especially for you. You are warmly welcome exactly as you are — we will take care of you throughout the entire day. You can join as an experienced yogi or as a complete beginner.

Each Yoga Day has its own theme, so you are welcome to join every month. Every day is unique, shaped by the people and the experiences we create together in the peaceful surroundings of Metsäsydän.

During the day, we practice yoga together, connect with the body, and calm the mind. The sessions are tailored to the participants — sometimes we stretch deeply, sometimes we soften and simply rest.

We share meals together in the morning and afternoon. Relaxing with yoga and the forest will surely build up an appetite (it’s scientifically proven!). We have received wonderful feedback about our delicious, lovingly prepared food.

The day ends with a soothing sound bowl relaxation. We will make sure you leave with a heart full of gratitude — simply for being.

If the Yoga Day takes place, it is possible to join individual sessions:

ACCOMMODATION

You are welcome to stay at Metsäsydän in connection with the Yoga Day for €59 per night. The price includes breakfast and bed linens.

MEALS

The food served during the Yoga Day is vegetarian. Occasionally, fresh fish may also be available depending on the catch. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when registering.
