Our yoga lessons are held in the middle of calming Saimaa lake nature - on the beach, island or on the big rocks. During the yoga session we will move gently from one asana to another, following the rhythm of our breathing to attain a state of total relaxation, which will enable strengthening of the whole body. A yoga session is both soft and dynamic; which makes it appealing to beginners and those more advanced alike. An invigorating yoga class will help you connect body and mind, calm the nervous system and relieve stress, in the middle of lake nature.
