To many Finns late July and August are the highlight of summer as crayfish season has begun. This means, it’s time to sing snaps songs and indulge in the most delicious vibrant red crayfish, that we capture from our freshwaters. The season officially, which is founded in local law starts in the end of July 21 July and lasts until the end of October. Today most crayfish in the world is farmed, but the ultimate delicacy for a crayfish party is to locally source these Finnish delicacies.
At Bistro Sinne you can have a crayfish dinnerparty with either a small group or a larger group. In July-September, we offer Finnish crayfish to preorder for the price of the day, to accompany which we have created a tasty main course and dessert.
The crayfish menu order must be made 2 business days before the date of your table reservation, and we will ensure availability at the same time.
We recommend ordering 6–12 crayfish per diner as an appetizer. Minimum order 6 pieces per diner. When booking, please indicate in the message field how many crayfish you want to order/diner.
To accompany the crayfish, we offer freshly toasted bread, butter and plenty of chopped dill. The crayfish menu is served to the entire table party. We consider special diets separately. Please inform us in advance about any special dietary requirements.
The price of the menu is stated without crayfish and recommended food drinks.
