Cottage: Etelä-Kalaton

Etelä-Kalaton is a stunning log-built wilderness cabin located in Rokansalo, Puumala, nestled in a unique ridge landscape by a peaceful forest lake. With no nearby neighbors, the cabin offers unspoiled tranquility and pure nature.

A separate wood-heated lakeside sauna sits right by the water, providing breathtaking westward views towards the sunset, both from the cabin and the sauna.

The cabin has solar power for essential lighting and mobile device charging. It is best suited for experienced cabin-goers who are familiar with using gas appliances (refrigerator, stove, grill) and wood heating.

CABIN:

- 60 m² + covered terrace 15 m², all on one floor

- Living area, open kitchen, hallway, and bedroom

- Sleeping space for five people

- West-facing shoreline, private forest lake with sunset views

- Kitchen: Gas refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas stovetop

- Water for the sauna drawn with a hand pump, water for the cabin carried from the lake, drinking water must be brought

- Spacious terrace in front of the sauna, with direct access to the pier and lake
