In the restaurant (formerly known as Santamus), the guests can enjoy our new food concept, Taste of Lapland menu. Taste of Lapland menu consists of tasting-sized portions of various Lapland and Arctic delicacies from reindeer and lake fish to king crab, allowing guests to create their own culinary journey.
