As we say in here in Lapland: ”Ken latua käy, on ladun vanki. Vapaa on vain umpihanki.”

This roughly translates to ”The track decides where you go, free is only untouched snow.”

On this week long (8 days / 7 nights, 6 skiing days) guided skitour you have the chance to explore the wilderness and Lappish nature by skiing without machine-made tracks. Every day we ski 5-6 hours including breaks in forest and fell areas of West Lapland and National Park of Pallas-Yllästunturi. The day distance is 15-25 kilometers. Accommodation is in rooms for 2-6 persons / dormitory in sleeping bags.

This tour is best suited for those who already have some experience in cross-country skiing and ski touring.
