Our six-course tasting menu is based on locally sourced sustainable and organic ingredients selected by our head chef and prepared with great care. The menu changes with the seasons and the ingredients that are currently at their best. We are also happy to consider special diets on the menu with a prior notice the day before your reservation at the latest.
