In the heart of Ylläs, surrounded by silence and snow, lies our 60-seat restaurant devoted to northern flavours and timeless hospitality. The concept, created with Chef Hans Välimäki, draws on classic French technique refined through Nordic ingredients.

Though born within Jänkä Resort, the restaurant welcomes everyone visiting Ylläs, including locals, travelers and anyone looking to enjoy good food in a calm setting. Warm materials, open design and soft light create an atmosphere where you can sense the stillness, whether at the Chef’s Table or beside the fire.

At the U-shaped Chef’s Table, guests get a front-row view of the kitchen in motion. It’s a rare experience in Ylläs, where the scent of butter, smoke and herbs fills the air.
