The celebration of fire, water, and light ignites the glow of late summer on the final weekend of August and marks the end of the summer cottage season in the West coast of Finland. As dusk deepens and the surface of the lake softens into shadows, lanterns and shoreline fires draw shimmering trails of light across the water.

On this evening paddle, you’ll experience this magic from the water itself. The gentle rhythm of paddling and the quiet lapping of the lake guide you into a landscape where summer whispers its soft farewells while Venetian fires illuminate the dimming evening.

The trip includes:

• Guidance and a short introduction to paddling

• All necessary equipment (canoe, paddles, life vests)

• A guided paddling tour on Lake Öja
