Arctic Ski Trek

The Arctic Ski Trek (women only in 2025) is a six-day winter adventure in northern Lapland, designed for beginners who want to experience a ski expedition in a light way.

The tour includes four days of ski trekking in the remote Käsivarsi Wilderness Area, with hotel nights before and after the trek. The daily legs are around 10 km focusing on experiencing the arctic landscape rather than endurance. Nights are spent in basic wilderness cabins without electricity or running water. You'll pull your gear in a sled (pulka) and ski with fell skis. In the area there is always a chance to see arctic wildlife and the northern lights.

The tour price includes: accommodation, food during the ski trek, ski gear, sleeping gear, transportation and guide service. Pihka Outdoors will also provide a proper gear list after booking, WhatsApp group and video meeting.
