Itinerary:

- Canoeing instructions and safety

Before departure, our guide will teach you paddling techniques and give you safety instructions. You can join the trip even if you have no previous kayaking experience, as everyone is welcome.

- Canoeing on Lake Rutäjärvi

After this, we'll get into the canoes and explore what Lake Rutäjärvi has to offer!

- Lunch break

At some point, we stop to stretch our legs, do some activities, and refresh ourselves with snacks.

- Portage

During the trip, we may also experience “portage,” or transporting a canoe along the land between two water bodies, just as wilderness explorers did centuries ago.
