Taiken Day invites you to step into Finnish everyday life and nature in a simple, authentic way — through presence, time, and a desire to experience the Finnish lifestyle from within. The day includes seasonal Finnish activities, all meals, accommodation in twin rooms, an evening sauna, a Japanese or English interpreter, a local guide, and transport to activity locations. You can tailor the day to your wishes or choose from ready-made sample programs.

Finnishness is found in everyday actions: moving in nature, preparing food together, and doing simple things with purpose. During Taiken Day, these moments unfold naturally — without explanations.

You’ll walk in the forest, cook traditional food, fish and swim in clean waters, join the daily tasks of a horse farm, enjoy a Finnish sauna, and most importantly, be present. Guidance is gentle, and the pace is calming.
