The Finnjävels have toured Finland and got to know the Finnish culinary tradition. They have collected recipes, cooked dishes together with the hostesses and hosts and thoroughly familiarized themselves with Finnish raw materials. We source our carefully selected domestic ingredients from Finnish producers and directly from Finnish forests and lakes.
